Starting in February, we will focus on a couple areas for you to focus on - either make stronger, bigger, smaller, or improved performance - these areas could be for you or your dog.  We will likely spend 2 months on the 2 areas so we have time to see/measure results.  We will plan on doing a before mini test for that area before the month starts then do a mini test at the end to see if there was change.  For February we will focus on chest and quads.  Your goal may be increased strength, increased endurance, or increased range of motion.
